How to setup Call Waiting

Call Waiting allows a user to receive multiple calls at the same time. If you are on a call and you receive another call, it will display on your screen, and you’ll also hear a beeping noise in the receiver. You can receive upto 3 external calls.

If you switch off Call Waiting and a call comes though whilst you’re already on another call, then the new caller will get a busy tone.


Setup Call Waiting for a User

Step 1 – From the Users drop down in the menu, select “List Users”.

Step 2 – Select the user you wish to set up Call Waiting for and click “Edit”.

Step 3 – Select “Call Setup” and then with the menu populated on the left hand side, select “Settings” under In Call Options. From here, you can either Enable or Disable call waiting.

Setup Call Waiting for a Hunt Group

Step 1 – From the Call Groups menu option, select “Hunt Group”.

Step 2 – Select the Hunt Group that you wish to edit and click on the “Edit” button.

Step 3 – Select “Options” and then scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you can switch Call Waiting on or off.
