Connecting via Ethernet

A hard-wired connection can be the most efficient way to connect your devices to the internet. If you test your connection using a wire, we are able to rule out wireless signal loss experienced over wireless. This is why, it is how we ask our customers to test their connections.

To connect a device to a router, simply plug an Ethernet cable from the device’s Ethernet port to one of the 4 Ethernet ports in the back of your router. Once plugged in, you should now be connected to your network automatically.
